You will start with the basics of functional movement and I will walk you through progressively getting stronger with this workout library subscription! This level is a great place to start if you have any significant injuries or movement restrictions.

What you get:

  • Foundational and Gentle Pilates Mat workouts
  • An ordered workout library so you can follow the Olive Tree Signature Method and progressively build on each workout if you want to
  • A bank of workouts so you have the ability to choose whichever workout is best for you each time you workout
  • Each workout is about 30-40 minutes each (average) 
  • A workout planner/tracker to help guide you and keep you accountable
