Weekly Holistic Health Check-Ins
You will have the ability to chime in and check in when you complete a variety of healthy habits for our weekly check-ins. We focus on movement, rest and all the things in between. You will be reminded, inspired, held accountable and encouraged to keep going, being in community with other like-minded Grove Members!
Monthly Live Online Mat Class
You will be able to join the Live Zoom Pilates Mat Classes for free as a Grove Member. These classes are such a great time to be refreshed, challenged and get stronger!
Classes will include Restorative, Classic, and all levels of Pilates Mat Work. We have so much fun during these classes!
Monthly Wellness Workshops
Once a month, I offer a Live Wellness Workshops that will be recorded live and re-watchable for a period of time in the Grove. Workshops will include education and practical help on: Getting started/planning, Posture, Stress/Nervous System Regulation, Fascia, Mobility, Fitness, Detoxing, Nutrition, Rest (and what that actually means physically and mentally!) and more!
Monthly Q&A Sessions
Coffee & Questions with Lauren will be a monthly Live session where I answer questions and help with specific health issues. Often clients are dealing with a lot of the same issues or have a lot of the same questions. These sessions will allow you to ask me anything so I can help you and others can glean from the questions asked as well.
You will find help getting started, staying on track and thriving in your health and fitness.
